The Sin — German Chocolate Cake Roll / 德式巧克力蛋糕捲
Friends in Bothell invited me to celebrate Christmas 2009 lunch with their family. The cake roll complemented the other two desserts, a pie and a tart. The hardest part about this was rolling the cake. It’s essentially an inverted German chocolate cake.
